Getwell QC Department is made up with OE, IQC, PQC,
FQC, QA and measure group. The quantity of the staff in the
QC department is 35, including 5 advanced engineers and 10 pri-mary
engineers, which strongly guarantees the product quality. Meanwhile,
Getwell was IS-O9002 certified in 1997, which is another guarantee
for the product quality.
The procedure for quality control includes 3 steps,
one is for the raw material, the other is in the course of producing,
which include inspecting the first produced piece, recycle inspe-ction
and self-inspection, the third is to inspect the final products
which include that the pr-oducts’ storing and delivering.
Only when the products’ quality reaches the quality standard,
the products can be shifted to the next procedure.
